Half Price Pizza Offer – Now expired.
Half Price Summer Pizza offer runs Monday – Friday 12-5pm. The offer will expire at 5pm on Friday 23rd August 2024.
Offer does not include Children’s Pizza.
Offer does not allow ‘half ‘n half’ topped Pizzas.
Offer is only available for dining in. Take away orders are not available at the discounted price.
Early Bird Offer
Early Bird offer is available Monday to Friday 12-5pm. No end date for the offer has been set.
The offer is for dining in only. The menu is subject to change.
The Early Bird offer will not be available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day. However, we do have many dishes from this menu available and priced accordingly. Please refer to the Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day menu.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase online or over the counter.
They have an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase.
For vouchers purchased over the counter, the full value of the voucher must be redeemed or change can be issued to the nearest £10.
Unfortunately lost or unused vouchers cannot be replaced by the restaurant.
Dress Code
Hi-Vis vests and workwear are not permitted.
It is a requirement for a top to be worn at all times in and around all areas of the premises.
Children
Children are very welcome and must be seated and supervised at all times.
Furry Friends
Your furry friends are very welcome to join you for a drink on the patio but unfortunately not inside the restaurant or bar area. This is with the exception for assistance/guide dogs.
Celebration Decorations
Glitter and table confetti is not permitted for use in the restaurant. Other table decorations including balloons, flowers etc are welcome. Please note that we do not supply decorations. You are welcome to drop off balloons etc prior to your reservation for us to display for your arrival.
Corkage
We charge the following corkage fees.
Please notify us prior to your visit if you wish to bring your own bottles.
£15 for 750ml Prosecco.
£25 for 750ml Champagne
£10 per 750ml Wine
Cakage
The management reserve the right to charge £1 per person for the consumption of a celebration cake in the restaurant. This includes the supply of crockery & napkins.
Reservations
We take reservations via telephone, email or website enquiry form.
We do not send an email confirmation for telephone reservations.
A card payment of £5 per person is required for tables of 8 or more to secure the reservation.
The maximum table size we can accommodate is 12 people.
We are NOT able to accommodate split tables to increase the maximum table size of 12 people.
The deposit becomes non refundable and non transferable if we are not notified of cancellation or amendments 48 hours prior to the reservation date and time.
Sitting Times
Our booking system allows for reservations at staggered intervals. Customers can enjoy a two hour seating slot at the table. Timings for larger parties may be extended with prior arrangement.
Table allocation
We cannot ever guarantee that a request for a specific table will be granted.
Outside Dining
Outside tables are for use on a first come first served basis. We do not take reservations for these tables.
Late Arrivals
We may not be able to accommodate guests that are more than 15 minutes late for their allotted table reservation time.
Extra Guests
We may not always be able to accommodate extra guests without a prior amendment to your reservation.
CCTV
We have CCTV monitoring inside and outside of the premises. This is strictly for use of Gelsmoor Inns Ltd.
Car Parking
Our Car Park is private property and for our staff and customer use only. Cars are parked at owners risk and no liability for theft or damage will be accepted by Gelsmoor Inns Ltd. Cars parked overnight must be removed by midday the following day and a member of staff notified that the vehicle will be left.
Lost Property
Lost property will be stored for a maximum of 7 days
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in any internal areas of the restaurant. We have designated external smoking area which our team will be happy to show you on request.
Christmas Day Reservations
Each year we take Christmas Day reservations from 1st February. A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is NON Refundable or Transferable.
